会員各位
２月２０日（日）に理事会及び総会が開催され以下の内容が決定しましたので
お知らせ致します。
今年度の東部本部大会は基本的に開催する方向で決まりました。
再び緊急事態宣言が出る場合を考慮し、８月の役員会で最終判断を致します。
年会費の徴収、支払期限、方法も例年通りとします。
昨年以前に年会費を納め、開催されなかった年の分の年会費は本年度分として
繰り越されます。
一部会員のみが納付している支部は、支部が責任を持って把握・管理し、名簿
の提出と年会費の納付を行って下さい。
